Greenhouse High Micro-Sprinkler Belt Frame Usage Method

Spray irrigation, also known as sprinkler irrigation, is a method of irrigation that involves pressurizing water using specialized equipment (such as power machines, water pumps, pipelines, etc.) or utilizing the natural gravitational force of water to deliver pressurized water to the irrigation area. Water is then sprayed into the air through sprinklers, dispersing into fine water droplets and evenly irrigating the field.

For taller crops, using a high micro-sprinkler belt frame method for irrigation can be chosen.

Firstly, tighten a 16-millimeter diameter steel wire along the designated height line.

Using the steel wire as a guide, set up one pillar every 2 meters.

Attach an integrated fixing bracket to the pillars spaced 2 meters apart, and place the 16-millimeter steel wire into the small groove on the integrated fixing bracket to prevent sagging.

Lay the spray irrigation belt according to the actual irrigation length, with two people collaborating for quick and easy installation.

Install spray pipe hooks at a distance of 50 centimeters in the middle of the integrated fixing bracket spaced 2 meters apart, then hang the spray irrigation belt from the end towards the inlet direction onto the spray pipe hooks.
